Information to all eligible bidders
Pursuant to KfW “Guidelines for the Assignment of Consultants in Financial
Cooperation with Partner Countries”, August 2019, paragraph 2.5.15,
“Cancellation of a Tender Process”, paragraph 2.5.16 “Publication of Tender
Process Cancellation” and Appendix 3 of the Guidelines,
the Project Executing Agency (“PEA”) informs on the cancellation of the
National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedure with qualification
“Construction of two new water ponds and reconstruction of three
existing water ponds for livestock and wild animals in Prespa National
Park (PNP) in five (5) selected areas of Prespa National Park (PNP)”,
composed by one lot.
In compliance with the above mentioned guidelines for NCB procedure, the
ITB had been published on NAPA website on 29.03.2022 for a period of 45
days (http://akzm.gov.al/njoftime/624447a462b0254a3acd42d7 ), with a
deadline for submmision fo the bidding documents until 16.05.2022, hrs 16.00
local time, and subsequently extended until May 30,2022 and June 13, 2022
respectively.
In case of a re-announcement of the tender, the ITB will again be published
on NAPA website.
