The forest in the park is dominated by Macedonian Fir, which is considered one of the most important Mediterranean plant relics in the country. Beyond the wonderful nature of the area, you can explore along the Vjosa River and its tributaries, the rich fauna, or try the Bênja Thermal Waters, rated as one of the most visited destinations in the park. In the framework of this day, AdZM Gjirokastër realized an activity together with nature lovers and students of the “Sami Frashëri” high school, getting to know even better the values and attractions of the park.
